Urgent hire! We are looking for an Assistant Boutique Manager for a top-end luxury multinational Watches and Jewelry brand based in Madison Avenue in New York City . The ideal candidate will have experience working in fashion or luxury watches and jewellery; have excellent management skills and will be a strategic thinker.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Increase sales and measure sales performance and conversion rates daily
Provide outstanding service to existing and new customers
Clientele development
Product and stock management
Organize product display on daily basis
Organise stock levels and rotation
Reporting to VP on weekly basis
Reporting to Sales team on daily basis related to walks.in and conversion to sales
Coordinate and partecipate to inventories on monthly basis
Monitor proper pricing of merchandise
Open/close the store following all the security procedures
Manage orders for wholesale operations
Prepare orders for shipping to other jewellers or watch stores
Manage relationships with other Jewellers and Watch stores
Manage relationship with suppliers
Manage invoices inbound and outbound for prompt cash in and out payments to suppliers
manage cash flow. cash flow planning
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time
