Assistant General Manager - Bungalow

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer service oriented, innovative, hands-on Assistant General Manager to oversee restaurant operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person looking to advance their career with a winning team.


Role And Responsibilities


  • Clear understanding and ability to manage day to day duties including but not limited to Labor, comps and voids
  • Uphold company standards along with policies and procedures
  • Work side by side with the team to not only coach and direct but to also grow staff members productivity daily
  • Ability to adapt to change


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous restaurant management preferred
  • Experience with sales volumes over one million
  • Ability to engage and develop the team
  • Understand the local market to engage with guest
