Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Lending Front Line Manager!
In this role, as Assistant Manager you will manage a Lending team. The Lending leader is responsible for all ending activities associated with ticket cases related to a variety of operational tasks.
Responsibilities
Creates new strategies to improve the lending process
Responsible for supporting agents who are diligently following and complying with all
regulatory and internally set requirements and timelines.
Responsible for KPI and Quality targets, schedule adherence, hiring, training and attrition
Ensures the staff is meeting production goals, complying with company standards, and perform the essential functions of their position.
Creates team progress reports showing results of the team’s efforts and present them to the internal customer during weekly meetings
Management responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing the following tasks:
Perform lending operational daily tasks:
Including but not limited to: Collateral, Servicing, Consumer Reporting and Escrow.
Manage workflow queues in ticketing system.
Complete work within regulatory timelines.
Follow standard operating procedures to complete tasks with high accuracy and timeliness and ensuring SOP accuracy.
Communicate professionally with clients and third parties through multiple channels (phone, email, workflow tools).
Work effectively as a team player to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Complete regulatory training as required.
Other related duties as assigned.
Ensure your team meets and exceeds KPIs while pro-actively serving customers.
Understands end to end process and collaborates with colleagues across departments.
Coaching & mentoring team.
Ability to handle complaints and customer concerns.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
High school diploma or GED required; college experience preferred.
Experience in Supervisory and relevant banking/financial services experience.
Analytical and strong problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, tenacious, curious, and committed to performance excellence.
Flexible scheduling with ability to work overtime hours as needed.
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Good analytical/business reporting experience
