The Role And What You’ll Do

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the project cadence and Functional Area integration. You will be required to engage and work with multiple functional areas across On Location, which will plan, market, sell, while collaborating with On Location Leaders, internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Support comprehensive project planning, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, using AirTable to ensure the successful execution of the hospitality program.
  • Project Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as necessary to meet evolving requirements.
  • Cross-business Collaboration: Accelerate alignment across teams, integrating different functions, defining, and driving better processes, to support their desired efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Assist in liaising with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide updates.
  • Project Governance and Cadence: Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project logs, and status reports. Assist in preparing project governance materials and reports for senior management.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Help identify, log, and manage potential project risks and issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain organized project files and records in AirTable and assist in the preparation of regular project status reports and updates for various stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support process improvements and best practices to enhance project efficiency, effectiveness, and overall outcomes.

You Have These

Assistant Project Manager Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale hospitality projects or programs, preferably within the hotel, resort, or tourism industry. Experience with large multi-day, multi-sport global events will be given high consideration and seen as a significant benefit.
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with project stakeholders.
  • Problem solving skills and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, with experience using AirTable being highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of WeTrack a Plus
  • Ability to travel as needed to various project sites and locations, both domestically and internationally.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends during peak project phases.
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with the ability to analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions to drive project success.
  • Strong PowerPoint capabilities.

Travel

North America travel to On Location offices would be required. Possible travel to Canada & Mexico.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
