Purpose Of The Job

Asst. Manager Production Line efficiently manages the complete Production Line as well as the team comprising of Shift incharges and Operators ensuring quality production and safety. Incument is responsible for day-to-day production of BOPP films through effective and efficient planning of man power, materials and machine by controlling the wastages of line and performance evaluation of individuals on merit basis.

The asst. manager is also responsible for primary slitting operations and ensuring good quality slitting / cut of films so as per customer’s build specifications/requirements. The said actions need to be completed in cost effective and timely manner. Additionally manages Erema (Recycling) operations and assures good quality of granules so it can be recycled efficiently with raw material at production line.
