Assistant Project Manager

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team and support our Project Manager with high-rise residential projects. The successful candidate will be highly organized and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in managing day-to-day activities on high-rise residential projects
• Ensure project deadlines are met
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, bulletins, and logs
• Track and report project progress
• Provide administrative support to the Project Manager
• Address any issues or concerns that arise during the project
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and DOB regulations
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Project Management or related field
• 2+ years of experience in commercial project management
• Experience with high-rise residential projects is preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOB, RFI, submittals, and bulletin logs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
