Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Project Manager to allocate resources and materials to reach project deadlines
- Verify and track job timelines with customers to coordinate ordering fixtures.
- Create sales orders for each job that match quotes and submittals provided by quotes department.
- Provide alternative options for discontinued items.
- Place purchase orders to vendors and track arrival.
- Track and document the arrival of import and stateside items for each project.
- Coordinate the release of fixtures to the customer per the job timeline.
- Process replacements for damaged or missing goods.
- Previous experience in operations or other related fields
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership qualities
