Assistant Project Manager - Albany Office/Empire State Plaza (239C)

Scope:

• Assist Executive Director with program management of multiple projects including: project planning, scheduling, and project controls for monitoring of various internal operations projects related to building construction.
• Project involvement will begin in the initial planning stages through completion to assure that projects meet internal and external requirements, are within cost limitations, and are completed per schedule.

Qualifications:

• Six years of experience in project planning, project scheduling, project controls and reporting, resource management, and document reading and interpretation.
• A bachelor’s degree or professional certification in a related field may be substituted for up to four years of experience.
• OSHA 30.
• Review technical work of consultants.
• Coordinate work with other disciplines.
• Confer with client agencies and contractors.
• Proficient computer skills utilizing Windows/Outlook/Word/Excel and scheduling applications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Hourly Salary: $30.00-$45.00
