Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for:

  • Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project activities.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Help prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Participate in project meetings, taking notes and tracking action items.
  • Support the procurement process, including the review and approval of submittals and RFIs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes on-site.

The Successful Applicant

The right Assistant Project Manager will have:

  • 0-3 years of construction management experience
  • Preferably expereince in Higher Education/Institutional, Lab/Lifescience, and Healthcare sectors.
  • Preferably experience working at a Mechanical or Engineering firm.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
