What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Managing resources, schedules, financials, and project change requests
• Providing leadership and supervision to project staff
• Monitoring project costs and ensuring successful project delivery
• Planning and organizing project workloads
• Leading multi-disciplinary teams and projects for public sector clients
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Structural, Civil, Hydraulic/Hydrologic, and/or Water Resources Engineering
• 10+ years' experience managing task orders for various projects
• Experience working on USACE and/or SFWMD projects and contracts
• Ability to lead multi-discipline projects and teams
• Strong communication and business development skills
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master's Degree or PPM Certification
• Coastal and/or island engineering experience
• Previous mentoring and coaching experience
• Familiarity with construction engineering services
• Business development experience
