Winget, Spadafora & Schwartzberg, LLP, a reputable law firm located in New York City, is currently in search of an Associate Attorney possessing 1-5 years of experience in litigation practice. The ideal candidate must hold licenses to practice law in both New York and New Jersey and should exhibit specialization in professional liability, securities litigation, labor and employment, as well as insurance broker liability. We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong emphasis on civil litigation and a proven track record of autonomously advancing cases towards resolution or trial.
