We are looking for an attorney that wants to learn how to handle insurance claims and settle a claim providing the best possible outcome for a client. Additionally, if the claim does not settle, the attorney will help our litigation team take the case to trial to ultimately get the best possible outcome for our client.
Responsibilities
Negotiate to settle claims. Draft complaints. File motions. Speak in front of a judge and jury.
Qualifications
Licensed attorney and admitted to the Utah State Bar. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
