We pride ourselves on our customer-centric approach, integrity, and our ability to deliver insightful and actionable results. We offer candidates a combination of boutique consulting firm feel with a world-class client list including organizations such as Meta, Nestle, and the Mayo Clinic.

WHY US?

  • Impactful Work: We help clients think differently about how to compete and shape new products and services, often at the leading edge of their industries. Your work will help to create new markets

  • Learning and Growth: Thrive in a supportive environment with opportunities to take on new challenges and learn through working directly with experienced colleagues. We have a meritocratic environment where exceptional people can excel rapidly

  • Work-Life Balance: We’re a firm that encourages flexible work arrangements. We also pride ourselves on a more sustainable work-life balance compared to associates at other firms, while still providing the challenges that help you to grow as a consultant

  • Competitive Benefits: Including health and dental insurance, employer-matched retirement contributions, and remote work opportunities

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Associate Consultant will be expected to play a variety of roles to support our project work, such as researching potential markets (primary and secondary research; qualitative and quantitative), identifying opportunities for future products and services, and preparing high-impact presentations. You will operate as part of a team consisting of 2 to 3 consultants, with engagements typically lasting 2 to 4 months.

More specifically, the Associate will:

  • Conduct secondary research, including benchmarking, competitive research, and market assessments
  • Assist in compiling and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research data
  • Assist in building and presenting final deliverables to clients

REQUIREMENTS

  • 0 to 3 years of relevant strategy and / or research experience
  • A strong academic record with an overall GPA of at least 3.5 from a well-regarded university
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex topics
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • High initiative, with a knack for creative problem solving
  • A strong desire to learn and curiosity about new industries and markets
  • Ability to work in Boston; Associates are expected to work from our Boston office in Downtown Crossing at least three days per week

Associates enter our firm with a mix of backgrounds – some straight from undergrad, others with a Master’s or PhD, and still others with a few years of prior work experience. We are seeking skillsets and capabilities rather than a specific background.
