Associate Creative Director

Our award winning agency client is looking for an Associate Creative Director to join their company-loving, close knit team for an onsite full-time position. This person must have current or recent agency experience!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Concepting, branding, design and any elements encompassed in the creative realm

Work in every media (print, social, outdoor, tv/video, etc.)

Develop creative, innovative, results-driven branding ad tactical campaigns from concept to production

Managing creative team members and creative/design interns

Creative presentations (high level presentation skills)

Assisting in the creative support of digital and social media ad campaigns

Creation of production-ready designs and layouts, establish the voice/tone/look/feel for campaigns and executions, and convey ideas through well-designed presentations.

Ensure all visual design adheres to existing brand guidelines or assist in creating new guides, if required.

Develop original content across digital, social, video, experiential and co-creation, through to completion.

Well-versed in social platform best-practices, innovative media and the importance of strategy and analytics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

8-10 years of Art Direction and/or design experience in a Creative Agency or Department (advertising, digital, social media).

Must Possess Exemplary Leadership Skills, And Have Management Experience

Art education in advertising design and conceptual thinking is preferred.

Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately within all required aspects of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) as well as presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides and Keynote.

Previous experience with photoshoots.
