Job Overview - Associate Director (Marketing and Communications):

Join our client in Montgomery County, PA, as the Associate Director of Marketing and Communications. In this role, you’ll co-lead marketing strategies, drive storytelling, content creation, and event management, and collaborate across departments to ensure consistent messaging.

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000/year

Location: Montgomery County, PA

Schedule: Monday to Friday (On-Site)

Responsibilities as the Associate Director (Marketing and Communications):

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies in line with the brand and objectives.
• Web Redesign: Co-lead the web redesign, focusing on content, branding, and storytelling.
• Content Management: Monitor social media presence, ensuring brand consistency, and analyze metrics to enhance engagement.
• Event Support: Provide marketing support for events, including photography, videography, and content creation.
• Project Management: Oversee event planning and execution, including volunteer management and fundraising initiatives.

Qualifications for the Associate Director (Marketing and Communications):

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Communications (preferably in education or nonprofit settings).
• Skills: Proficiency in digital communication tools, content management systems, design software, and social media best practices.
• Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and project management.
