Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Associate Director, Wellness Services at the University of South Carolina in the Columbia, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. The Associate Director will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of Student Health and Well-Being's wellness services, including wellness coaching and nutrition consultations!


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in health and wellness leadership
  • Knowledge of budgeting principles
  • Experience in training and development
  • Strong understanding of wellness strategies and initiatives
  • Ability to work collaboratively with student populations
  • Experience in a higher education setting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
