Associate Health Program Manager - Strategic Leadership & Risk Management

Description

In this role, you will provide strategic leadership for Associate Health programs, supporting targeted goals as part of the overall Risk Management model. You will develop and implement policies and procedures regarding associate health and safety, utilizing collected risk-related information. Additionally, you will create educational materials to inform leadership, staff, and physicians about associate safety and risk management programs.

Your responsibilities will also include overseeing investigations and analyses of root causes for various incidents, implementing corrective actions as needed, and managing post-associate injury services in collaboration with a Third Party Administrator. You will plan and direct all staffing activities including hiring and training initiatives.

Requirements

  • Licensure / Certification / Registration:
    • Required Credential(s): Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date based on relevant state licensure.
  • Education:
    • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience (2 years in leadership/management);
    • OR Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience (2 years in leadership/management).
  • Additional Preferences:
    • Availability for Mon-Fri, days, with some evening and weekend hours as needed.
    • 5 years of RN experience required; 10 years preferred.
    • 2 years of leadership or management experience required; 5 years preferred.
