$92,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

The Associate Integrated Marketing Manager, Prestige works with Sr. Director, Hennessy Prestige to bring the Hennessy Prestige strategy to life across programs/partnerships. The role is expected to find opportunities to collaborate across Brand Team focused areas (including but not limited to – Maison, Commercial, Field & Trade Marketing, TEA, Private Client etc.) and Consumer Engagement focused areas (including but not limited – Paid/Owned/Earned/Experiential). The role is intended to be a connector of teams and people across the organization. This candidate must be fluent in Chinese.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


Brand & Program Support

  • Support brand team in development of brand strategy, programming, and key performance indicators
  • Develop deep understanding of brand business, operations, and commercial approach/needs
  • Aide in development and management of brand presentations and key documents
  • Support in cross-organization communication of brand programs, trade marketing timelines, and relevant updates
  • On going tracking of key performance indicators and program results throughout the program
  • Program recaps, return on investment, and recommendation for next iteration as needed


Brand & CE Liaison

  • Act as the bridge between the Hennessy brand team and Consumer Engagement team ensuring harmony, consistency, and alignment with brand codes
  • Lead brand program kick off providing CE team all relevant and necessary information
  • Continue program/project momentum with constant communication across teams providing key updates where applicable
  • Collaborate with CE team to understand CE timelines, expectations and channel specific strategies/execution


Project Management & IAT

  • Lead IAT process with interagency team including but not limited to – briefing, meeting management (facilitating, agendas, recapping, etc), status and timeline management
  • Lead internal presentation and meeting management with key partners (i.e. SVP, Commercial, Maison, etc)
  • Collaborate with CE team on presentation development and lead all input of brand information/strategy into final presentations
  • Program leads for HNY Masterbrand initiatives (i.e. Roadshows, Experiential Retail Meetings, Distributor Conf., etc.)
  • Handle program budgets, ensuring compliance with accounting policies


Experiential

  • Support brand and CE & Private Client teams in driving breakthrough, innovative and memorable activations
  • Lead brand ad hoc (non-program) event, partnerships and sponsorships, using brand lens to evaluate opportunities
  • Assist activation development as needed determined by brand/CE leads


PROFILE


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus


Professional Experience

  • 4+ years of luxury marketing experience, preferably in an agency, brand or entertainment role
  • Experience in the U.S. wines and spirits 3-tier system preferred


Skills & Experience

  • Highly effective written and spoken communicator; comfortable presenting in large groups
  • Authority in Microsoft Suite; is a thoughtful storyteller via PowerPoint & can organize details via Excel
  • Detail oriented with strong skills in project and timeline management; can handle large, complex tasks proactively and autonomously
  • Outstanding knowledge and pulse on cultural trends; Excellent understanding of PR
  • “Can do” demeanor – willing to jump into big, culture-defining projects - and equally determined to handle project budgets
  • Maintain a flexible and adaptable mentality by continually evaluating, revising, & responding with agility to meet constantly changing business needs, & perform other functions & duties as assigned.
