The Team:
We are looking for a motivated, challenge seeking, innovative thinker to help oversee Creative Operations in our Omnichannel Creative organization. The Creative Ops team is designed to help efficiently intake, produce, and deliver the best creative work possible by bringing structure and implementing strategic initiatives.

The Opportunity:
The Supervisor for the Creative Ops team will lead and inspire a group of project managers as they support the packaging and ecomm asset creation and management. This Supervisor role will report into the manager of the group. You will guide, nurture, and grow your staff to empower the future leaders within the organization.

    • Handle projects with varying complexity by maximizing the team and internal/external resources
    • Can jump into any situation as a hands-on supervisor to assist the team
The Team

  • The Creative Operations team focus
    • Intake – manage requests and prioritize resources and projects
    • Produce – schedules, templates, agendas, note taking, manage photo shoots & asset creation
    • Deliver – toy show samples, omnichannel assets, etc.
What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in project management and prior experience supervising others
  • Ability to manage multiple brands, projects and personalities
  • Can oversee and direct team workload, assign projects
  • Ability to design and develop strategies relating to day-to-day operations
  • A passion for problem-solving, proactive in tackling new challenges and working through adversity
  • A collaborative and communicative team player who enjoys driving branding and creative vision
  • Responsible for supporting Omnichannel Creative Operations objectives and managing team resources
  • Strong negotiation & relationship building skills

The annual base salary range for this position is between $94,400.00 and $133,000.00.

  • This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
