Associate Manufacturing Process Technician

At BioPharma Consulting JAD Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Associate Manufacturing Process Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a range of manufacturing processes and activities to support our production operations. This includes operating and maintaining equipment, conducting quality checks, adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).This role does not involve laboratory work but requires hands-on experience with equipment disassembly, cleaning, assembly, and operation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on cleaning, sanitization, and setup of processing equipment and process rooms
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and processes
• Conduct in-process testing and inspections to ensure product quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve process issues as they arise
• Maintain raw materials and consumables inventory
• Document all activities accurately and maintain proper records
• Support the day-to-day operational needs of the facility
• Identify, recommend, and implement improvements related to routine functions
• Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams with Process Development scientists, engineers, EH&S, Quality, F&E, maintenance, and other supporting functions
  
  
  

Requirements

EDUCATION:

• Associate's degree in science or pharmaceutical science and 2 years of experience OR
• High school diploma/GED and 4 years of directly related experience
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably biotech or pharma
• Knowledge of cGMP and SOPs
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  
  
  

Shift:

• 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week
