Associate Patent Attorney

I am working with a leading boutique intellectual property firm based in Washington, DC on their search for multiple Patent Prosecution attorney positions.

This position has the option to be fully remote and is open to attorneys nationwide.

Requirements

The firm is currently seeking candidates with 2+ years of patent prosecution experience and with all technology backgrounds, including:

• electrical engineering
• computer/software
• mechanical engineering
• chemistry/biochemistry
• biology
• physics
• IPR/litigation experience

Job Duties

The Patent Attorney’s primary responsibilities will include:

• Drafting patent applications to be files with the USPTO
• Prosecuting patent applications before the USPTO
• Assisting with other prosecution/counseling matters
