Core Responsibilities:
Successfully plan, execute, and manage color development projects aligned with regional needs from benchtop to commercialization
Support innovation projects led by S&T by planning and executing assigned tasks
Develop new color or modify existing ones through formulation, new raw materials and ingredients, processing, or new technologies; perform performance assessment, stability trials, and basic application testing
Coordinate the evaluation of new products by working closely with the application team to implement relevant testing in more complex food and beverages when necessary
Develop analytical methods relevant to the introduction of new products and/or processes
Operate pilot to perform trials, scale-up, and small orders
Support manufacturing plants for troubleshooting, scale-up, and plant transfer
Support procurement-led projects. Assist purchasing with the approval of new suppliers
Contribute to a culture of excellent communication, information sharing, collaboration, and relationships within the department and with all relevant groups within and outside of NPD on a local level and cross-regionally through Givaudan
Collaborate with regulatory to ensure solutions are acceptable in the regional or global markets where sales are expected
Operate, maintain, and organize lab equipment
