Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Associate Product Manager to support our EHR integration and data exchanges initiatives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to assist in integration projects, ensuring data interoperability, and exploring additional product areas to enhance our platform.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for EHR integration and data exchange.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to manage the product implementation lifecycle, including setting timelines, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating releases.
• Help ensure data interoperability and seamless data exchange across various systems.
• Contribute to identifying and defining new product opportunities to enhance our value-based care platform.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and support product decisions.
• Gather and document requirements and feedback.
• Support stakeholders in aligning product initiatives with business goals.
• Monitor product performance and assist in implementing improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
• Use data-driven approaches to define metrics, measure performance, and make informed product decisions.
• Willingness to work with international teams.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in healthcare technology.
• Basic understanding of EHR systems, data interoperability standards, and healthcare data exchange.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and use data to drive decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be fully proficient in Google G Suite or MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Experience with SQL and data analytics platform preferred.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000
