About Us

Workers Benefit Fund (WBF) is the HR office for the gig economy. More people than ever are using the gig economy as their ‘main hustle’ and even though they’ve ditched the cubicle and a 9-5 schedule, they still deserve the benefits and care that help them stay on top of their game. WBF is breaking ground by working with the unions and guilds that represent gig workers to deliver benefits to gig workers in different gig sectors. Currently, we serve over 200,000 drivers in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Florida, Illinois, and Washington, and we will work with other sectors in other states before the end of the year.
