Associate Project Manager

JOB TITLE: Associate Project Manager

LOCATION: 2-3 days hybrid to Chicago, IL – accessible via public transportation

ROLE TYPE/DURATION: W2, 40 hours/week, 3+ month contract

COMPENSATION: $35/hr-$40/hr, commensurate with experience

IMPORTANT NOTE: A background check and drug screen are required for this position

JOB SUMMARY: Seeking an Associate Project Manager with experience working within a cross-functional/matrixed organization. Responsible for managing different types of marketing creative deliverables. The ideal candidate will bring fluency in key project management software such as Workfront, Asana, Trello, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Lead the workflow process for assigned creative projects
• Interact with stakeholders to obtain project detail, communicate status, troubleshoot projects, etc.
• Manage creative milestones, attends key project meetings, take meeting notes, send recaps
• Works in-step with creative program manager to ensure that all tickets remain on track and project timing, resourcing and deliverables are aligned
  
  

WHAT’S REQUIRED TO APPLY:

• 1-4+ years of project management experience, specifically from matrixed or complex environments
• Ability to manage creative projects through their full life-cycle
• Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team
• Fluency in key project management software such as Workfront, Asana, Trello, etc.
