Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing executive to play a strong leadership role within our broader integrated marketing team . This role will report to the CMO and partner with our lines of business (LOBs) to develop and execut e comprehensive marketing strategies t hat enhance the firm's visibility, attract potential clients, and drive business growth . The scope of this role includes oversight of LOB marketing, sponsorships and events, digital marketing , and marketing operations .

The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative and both a strategic thinker and doer who can build on our existing marketing foundation and help fuel Chartis’ next stage of growth .

Responsibilities

l Partner with the CMO to develop strategic marketing plans that accelerate the Charis enterprise and its LOBs toward their objectives and growth ambitions.

l Build and develop a team of LOB marketers , who will partner with LOB and practice leadership to tailor marketing strategies and messaging for specific buyers and issues.

l Lead and coach others in the development of marketing programs that align with LOB growth objectives , including messaging, content creation, digital marketing initiatives, traditional marketing efforts, sponsorships, and events.

l Oversee digital marketing team and strategies, including website development, SEO, SEM, paid social , and email marketing programs, to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

l Build a strong channel partner strategy to advance strategic relationships with industry associations, influencers, and referral sources, designed to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

l Oversee sponsorships and events team, ensuring strong execution and measurement across sponsored and hosted events.

l Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including LOB and practice leaders, Consulting Operations team, Business Development, partners, industry associations , and other industry influencers .

l U se data-driven insights to identify trends in buyer behavior, optimize marketing performance , and measure ROI.

l Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team .

l Make recommendations for investments in tools, resources, and channel relationships t o advance our growth goals.

l Stay up to date on marketing best practices, technologies, and tools used by world-class marketing organizations, bringing forward fresh ideas and insights to strengthen our marketing function.

Qualifications And Desired Skills

l Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

l 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm.

l Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth , ideally within a line of business.

l Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

l Experience in managing sponsorships and planning/executing events.

l Excellent communication , interpersonal , and relationship skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

l Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.

l Ability to be flexible, work in ambiguous situations and adapt to changing business requirements.

l Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.

l Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.

l Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Salary range: $170 , 000 -$ 200 , 000 , plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs. In addition, Chartis offers several benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, disability insurance, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, wellness stipend, and additional voluntary benefits.
