Job Description

The Management Department at the University of Florida Warrington College of Business seeks to fill a tenure-track Assistant Professor position with a research focus on Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management. The hired individual must conduct high quality research that is published in top-tier journals in OB/HR. They must also be able to teach effectively with the disciplines of OB/HR and must participate in mentoring PhD students for successful placement in research-focused universities.

This position will start in August 2025.

Among all ranked management departments, Warrington’s management department is No. 4 overall. In the rankings of publications per faculty, Warrington’s management department is ranked No. 1.

Salary is competitive, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Minimum Requirements

Must have or anticipate receiving PhD in related fields of study before August 2025.
