Responsibilities include assisting senior attorneys with their case load by working with clients, review and analysis of records and written discovery, prepare legal pleadings, motions, statements, trial briefs and assist with negotiating settlements, working closely with clients and claims partners to prepare timely reports on litigation and to ensure all appropriate defenses are leveraged to reach positive outcomes. The Attorney will collaborate with the legal team to develop effective legal strategies and ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts
Detail-oriented and highly organized

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
