Attorney/Lawyer

Description

We are seeking an Attorney/Lawyer specializing in Entertainment Sports & Leisure Law, based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The selected individual will work remotely, providing key assistance in sports law matters.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing contracts with a focus on sports law.
• Assisting in strategic planning related to sports deals.
• Performing in-depth research related to sports and entertainment law.
• Drafting legal documents and contracts.
• Providing additional assistance to the team based on sports law expertise.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Must be licensed to practice in Georgia
• Demonstrable experience in Entertainment Sports & Leisure Law
• Proficient in drafting legal documents and contracts
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Familiarity with legal research tools and software
• High ethical standards and professional integrity
• Available to work beyond regular office hours when required
