Audio Video Specialist

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Primary Point person for IC technical operation
• Continual monitoring of all IC room functionality:
  
  

oUtilize monitoring solutions to quickly identify and respond to issues

OTest All Aspects Of Rooms Equipment:

Hardware power status confirmation

Battery levels on items like remotes

Confirm correct functionality of all audio and video features.

Troubleshooting technical issues

OEnsure Rooms Are Clean And Organized:

Work with facilities to remedy any physical needs of the space

• Provide technical assistance and training where necessary:
  
  

oAssist IC guests with immediate room issue or needs

oTroubleshoot active problems

• Point of Contact working with vendors to resolve issues
• Track and respond to ServiceNow work request
• Collaborate with other AV team members, local IT, and IC Video Production team.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

oTV and Projectors, microphones and speakers, Video Conferencing equipment.

oMicrosoft Teams Rooms (MTR)

oZoom

• Familiarity with Digital Media/ Digital Walls
• Basic PC troubleshooting skills in a corporate environment
• Highly self-motivated and able to work primarily independently, as well as with a group on larger team projects and issues
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Solid working knowledge of the following:
  
  

oMicrosoft Office products: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

oMonitoring software a plus (Microsoft Pro Portal, Cisco, Logitech Portal)

• Proficient with Microsoft Teams
• Working knowledge of Zoom meetings
• Knowledge of Webcams, headsets, and speaker/puck audio
• Dedicated AV experience or primary function
