Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an on site, field Audio Visual Technician. The Audio Visual Technician will be responsible for the client facing audio-visual operations at corporate events such as fundraisers, Gala's, awards ceremonies, live streamed events and will include setting up and troubleshooting AV systems, handling video conferencing equipment, managing lighting setups, and operating projectors. The Lead Audio Visual Technician will ensure seamless AV experiences for our clients and provide technical support as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Audio Visual (AV) Systems, Troubleshooting, and Video Conferencing
• Experience in lighting setups and operating projectors
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Knowledge of audio and video equipment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with event production is a plus
• Technical certifications in AV systems are beneficial
