Audio Visual Technician

Required Skills & Abilities:

• 2 years of production experience in a hotel, church, university events, or other entertainment venues
• Supports event services through operation, setup and teardown, and maintenance of live event production technologies. Responds promptly, in person and by phone
• Internship experience at television stations or production companies are an asset.
• Familiarity with all aspects of events, conferences and remote production operations
• Ability to operate with significant autonomy and discretion and with a team equally
• Responds to complex customer requests in a timely fashion troubleshooting common AV issue including hardware, software, and network systems
• Must be extremely proficient in administrative tasks and on a Mac/PC - Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and OneDrive are musts.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment. Attention to detail and ability to rapidly prioritize daily tasks and administrative responsibilities.
• Superb organizational and time management skills.
