Audit Compliance Manager (Onsite Boca Raton)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Audit Compliance Manager to oversee and manage our audit and compliance programs. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that our operations adhere to industry regulations, internal policies, and best practices. The Audit Compliance Manager will conduct audits, assess compliance risks, and provide recommendations for improvements. This position requires significant travel (25-50%) to various company locations to perform on-site audits and ensure compliance across all branches.
Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Management:
  
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct comprehensive internal audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and compliance.
  • Document audit findings and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
• Compliance Oversight:
  
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
  • Identify potential compliance risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Stay current with industry regulations and update compliance programs accordingly.
• Travel and On-Site Audits:
  
  • Travel to various company locations (25-50% travel required) to perform on-site audits.
  • Conduct interviews and inspections to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to local teams on compliance and audit practices.
• Collaboration and Reporting:
  
  • Work closely with different departments to ensure a unified approach to compliance and audit activities.
  • Present audit findings to senior management and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or other relevant certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, compliance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to travel extensively (25-50%) to various company locations.
