PhyCon, Inc., an emergency medicine practice management company, has an immediate opening in our Audit Department. We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and organized individual. With a proven track record of taking and following directions. Should possess solid leadership skills and be a dedicated team player, with integrity, honesty, and loyalty. The ideal candidate must have the following skills, experience, and characteristics to be successful:

• Two years medical billing/practice management experience
• Ability to read, understand and interpret health plan’s EOB
• Ability to review patient ledgers and take necessary steps to resolve the debt
• Minimum of 50 w.p.m. typing and ten key by touch
• Good computer skills with the ability to navigate insurance carrier websites
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 standards
• Attention to detail with an ability to see the big picture is a must
• The ability to thrive in a hands-on fast paced environment
