Compensation Overview

The annual salary range for this position reflects nationwide market standards and considers factors such as role scope, complexity, and location. Additional performance-based incentives are also part of our comprehensive compensation package.

What Is the Opportunity?

This hybrid position (3 days in office, 2 days remote) is based out of a New England Claim Center. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of West Bridgewater, MA.

Job Responsibilities

Manage Personal and Business Insurance First Party Medical claims from initiation to resolution and payment, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Participate in a comprehensive training program involving online, virtual, classroom, and on-the-job components.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process, including prompt communication, setting expectations, and achieving optimal outcomes for all parties involved.

Analyze coverage, apply policy conditions, and evaluate claims to determine coverage, damages, and other relevant factors.

Establish and maintain accurate claim and expense reserves, manage file inventory, and negotiate settlements within established guidelines.

Proactively manage medical treatment processes, ensuring appropriate billing and adherence to medical necessity standards.

Obtain and maintain necessary Insurance License(s) as required by state and company regulations.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Effective verbal and written communication skills.
