As an Automation Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
4 years of Information Technology experience
U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate. This position may require travel in the US and Canada
At least 4 years of software testing experience
At least 4 years of core java or Selenium Test NG automation experience
API automation using Rest Assured
Proficient in writing SQL queries
At least 4 years hands on experience in test automation tools Selenium, Java, Cucumber & SQL
Experience with tools such as Cucumber, Cypress, TestNG, IntelliJ, GitHub and Eclipse
Knowledge and experience working in Banking domain.
Must be Proficient in Agile methodology and experience with Jira, designing Testcases, Test Execution
Experience in REST APIs & Postman
Exposure to UAT testing is an added advantage.
Agile experience
Understanding of CI/CD
Understanding of test management process and SDLC/STLC
Good soft skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a DevOps environment, Gitlab, SCD and hands on experience using CI/CD systems preferred to enable test data pipeline.
Experience in hands-on Python programming language experience used to build test automation.
Domain experience in investment banking products and corporate action
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
