Job Description
Responsibilities:
Process Improvement - Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and product quality.
Yield Optimization - Monitor and adjust processes to improve yields and reduce waste.
Hands-On Involvement - Actively participate in production activities and collaborate with the production crew.
Troubleshooting - Identify and resolve process-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
Equipment Maintenance - Oversee the maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment.
Documentation - Maintain detailed records of process changes, improvements, and performance metrics.
Compliance - Ensure manufacturing processes adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

The Successful Applicant
Ideal Candidate:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Experience: Proven experience in manufacturing, with a background in textiles or chemicals highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and process optimization.
Hands-On Ability: Willingness and ability to work directly on the production floor and collaborate closely with the production team.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues effectively.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing process data and implementing improvements to enhance yields and efficiency.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with production staff and document process changes.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with safety, quality, and regulatory standards relevant to manufacturing.
