Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement - Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and product quality.
- Yield Optimization - Monitor and adjust processes to improve yields and reduce waste.
- Hands-On Involvement - Actively participate in production activities and collaborate with the production crew.
- Troubleshooting - Identify and resolve process-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Equipment Maintenance - Oversee the maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment.
- Documentation - Maintain detailed records of process changes, improvements, and performance metrics.
- Compliance - Ensure manufacturing processes adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
The Successful Applicant
Ideal Candidate:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Experience: Proven experience in manufacturing, with a background in textiles or chemicals highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and process optimization.
- Hands-On Ability: Willingness and ability to work directly on the production floor and collaborate closely with the production team.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues effectively.
