Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Excellence: Lead, inspire, and motivate the service team to consistently achieve exceptional results and uphold Riverside Auto's standards of excellence
  • Guest Satisfaction: Enhance the service experience for customers by overseeing and improving service processes, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction, and ensuring a customer-centric approach
  • Cultural Contribution: Foster a winning culture within the service department by promoting teamwork, positive energy, and a winning attitude among team members
  • Team Development: Play a key role in the development of team members through effective coaching, training, and performance management
  • Employee Retention Strategies: Implement strategies to enhance employee retention and satisfaction within the service department, creating a positive work environment
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient processes that enhance service operations, driving efficiency and positive results
  • Results-Driven Approach: Set and achieve performance targets and goals to drive positive outcomes in the service department


Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in a Service Manager position
  • Knowledge of Toyota, Nissan, or Honda is a plus
  • Embrace technology and progressive approaches in the automotive service industry
