This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $26-30, dependent on experience.
Responsibilities:
Assess and repair damaged parts with precision and efficiency
Clearly communicate repair status updates to the Body Shop Manager
Coordinate with the parts department to procure necessary components for repairs
Thoroughly document all repair activities and materials utilized
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with company standards
Adhere to all company safety protocols and regulations, including federal, state, and local guidelines for hazardous waste disposal
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Collision Auto Body Technician is preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
Strong communication and organizational skills
Team-oriented mindset with self-motivation to excel
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Possess a clean driving record
