We are seeking a talented Audio Visual Designer to join our team and lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AV systems for a diverse range of projects, from single rooms to multiple buildings across various client sites. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative AV technologies and possess the technical expertise to design and integrate systems that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and engineer audio visual solutions including TVs, projectors, speakers, microphone systems, and control server racks for client projects
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate them into comprehensive AV designs and drawings
Develop detailed drawings and schematics using AutoCAD and Visio to illustrate system layouts, wiring diagrams, and equipment placement
Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility, gather information, and identify potential challenges or opportunities
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and technicians throughout the installation and commissioning process to ensure successful project delivery
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during project implementation and post-installation phases
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AV technology to inform design decisions and recommend innovative solutions
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in audio visual design and integration, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Visio for creating detailed drawings and schematics
Advanced knowledge of AV equipment and systems, including TVs, projectors, speakers, microphones, amplifiers, and various control interfaces
Strong understanding of signal flow, audio/video codecs, and networking principles
Excellent communication skills
