About The Role

In this position, you will be at the forefront of building relationships and driving growth by presenting, promoting, and selling our products and services to both new and existing customers. Your expertise in diagnosing customer needs and crafting tailored solutions will be key to your success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Insights & Reporting: Provide management with detailed reports on customer needs, objections, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and territory analyses.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our services, solutions, industry positioning, and value proposition to effectively communicate with potential clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Organize sales visits efficiently and attend trade shows, conferences, and meetings as needed to maximize company resources.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of area and customer sales in our CRM system, and conduct online sales demonstrations to generate opportunities.
  • Team Contribution: Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and support efforts even when they don't directly impact individual targets.
  • Customized Solutions: Deliver tailored sales strategies and solutions that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads using business directories, web searches, and digital resources.

  • Driven & Motivated: High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Experienced: At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, with 2+ years in the industrial or manufacturing sectors preferred.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM or sales enablement tools like Salesforce.com.
