POSITION: BA (updated JD) - Only for Locals

LOCATION : Must be local to Boston, MA, no remote options but we can send relo if they’re VERY strong!

DURATION:Contract- 6 Months

Required Skills

  • Experience with Technical Services domain including Hardware Services, Software Services, Customer Services, and Service Sales is required.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud –(mostly focused on Service) Service Cloud, (incorporates the following) Service Logistics, Field Service, Assets/Install Base, Subscriptions, and Spares Management.
  • 2-3 implementations would be a good experience level to come in with. Lead roles(within the areas above) would be ideal.
  • (nice to have) Knowledge of Order Management, Inventory, Supply Chain.
  • Knowledge of Oracle eBS
  • Uses knowledge of business and systems processes in problem analysis.
