Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently process and record routine transactions for bank customers including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, and processing loan payments and money transfers
Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
Maintain accurate customer credit records
Resolve customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally
Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments
Provide a high standard of customer service to all clients
Utilize skills in Bank Deposit and Customer Service to enhance the overall customer experience and maintain customer satisfaction.
