- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing personalized banking solutions and recommendations.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Financial Transactions and Operations:
- Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
- Ensure accuracy in transaction processing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Product Knowledge and Sales:
- Educate clients on banking products and services, including checking accounts, savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell banking products to meet clients' financial needs.
- Assist clients with account openings, account maintenance, and loan applications.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Adhere to banking regulations and internal policies to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.
- Conduct account reviews and monitor transactions for suspicious activity.
- Collaborate with compliance officers and participate in training programs to stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Team Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with colleagues and team members to achieve branch goals and objectives.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff members.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
