Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage intricate Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases from start to resolution
Represent creditors in adversary proceedings, motions for relief from stay, and other related litigation
Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and legal documents with precision
Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and legal staff to craft effective case strategies and ensure legal compliance
Conduct thorough legal research and offer strategic legal advice to clients
Requirements:
Extensive experience in bankruptcy law with a focus on creditor representation
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple high-stakes cases simultaneously
Admission to the Texas State Bar (additional state bar admissions are a plus)
