Join our team as a Bar Manager! This role is responsible for The Bar (outlet) operations.
Summary:
Organizing and conducting pre-shift and departmental meetings,
Scheduling and directing staff in their work assignments,
Creating forecast and revenue reports,
Organizing special events at The Bar, such as receptions and interacting pro-actively and positively with guests.
Creating unforgettable guest experiences
Selection and training of team members.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Previous hotel food and beverage experience preferred
Time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
Ability to lead and direct a team
