Medix is now hiring a fully remote Outpatient Behavioral Health Reviewer, Behavioral Health Claims Review experience is required to be considered for this position.
Contract Duration: through December 2024 with the possibility of an extension
MUST have the following qualifications to be considered:
Behavioral Health Claims Review experience REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years of Managed Care experience (Medicaid, Medi-Cal)
Compact RN License OR AZ RN License
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a Behavioral Health Space
Job Summary: The Outpatient Behavioral Health Claims Reviewer is responsible for conducting pre-payment, post-service claims review for various Behavioral Health HCPCS codes to determine the necessity and appropriateness of services.
