Bilingual Attorney

The Hooker Law Group, LLC has an opening for a bilingual legal assistant with preferably 2 years of personal injury experience.

Ideal candidates should type at least 70 words per minute and be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe. We are looking for candidates to be self motivated, extremely organized, be able to multitask and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Handle communication with clients, medical providers and adjusters
• Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence
• Maintain contact lists
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars
• Handle over 100 cases
• Investigate facts of help establish a case
• Request documents from providers and adjusters

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a personal injury case manager
• ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented
