You will receive training to kickstart your career as an Over the Phone Interpreter.

Training

We offer all Spanish Interpreters four weeks of in-center training with a dedicated Trainer. The program aims to teach various interpretation and listening skills while expanding knowledge of industry-specific terminology and protocols. Training completion is marked by successful practice sessions with experienced interpreters.

Post-training, Spanish Interpreters are expected to demonstrate excellent customer service, communicate clearly and accurately, and adhere to work requirements. Successful interpreters will have opportunities to tackle more complex calls and advance their careers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (Required)
• Work from home experience (Required)
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (speaking, listening, and reading) at an above-average level
• Ability to pass a language assessment
• Bilingual customer service experience (Required)
  
  

Conditions of Employment

Candidates must meet the following requirements at the time of applying:

• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident residing in the U.S. for the past 3 years
• Must be able to obtain public trust clearance
• Must successfully pass both a general employment and federal background investigation
