Bilingual Writing Specialist

MUST BE Bilingual in either Spanish, French, German, or Italian.

BACHELORS DEGREE REQUIRED IN: English, Education, Communications, Writing, Journalism, Linguistics OR RELATED!

Must be able to communicate effectively & MUST have excellent editing/grammar skills.

As the Writing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the development of AI models through various data-related tasks.

• Contributing to the refinement of AI model training processes.

• Adapting to changing priorities and guidelines.

• Meeting performance metrics such as job completion targets and efficiency measures.

• Supporting data annotation efforts to ensure alignment with ethical standards.

• Enhancing the quality of both human-generated and AI-generated text.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance AI model performance.

Based off a 8 hour work day, Monday-Friday, candidates should be available to work in a consistent time window between 8:00AM to 8:00PM and must demonstrate the ability to manage their time effectively to meet business needs.
